Refunds & Return Policy

Returns and Right of Withdrawal:

You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Unworn and Unused Items: Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, and unused for a smooth return process.

Easy Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly notify us by sending an email to info@fredriksen.no, providing details about the return. Once you receive approval, you may proceed to ship the package back to the original address from which it was dispatched (our warehouse).

 

Refund or Exchange: Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item of equal value (if we have it in stock).

 

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Complaints and Claims

All products are inspected before shipped. If, however, the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will rectify the error at no cost in accordance with applicable laws. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

How to Proceed with a Complaint:

Any errors or defects should always be reported with your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue. If we are unable to rectify the error or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable laws. We cover the return shipping costs for approved claims. We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the product is not damaged, defective, or similar, in accordance with applicable laws. In case of a complaint, we follow Norwegian law.
